Dotty and Bliss
Their favorite place in the garden seems to be the pond, here is a shot of them on the edge rather than in it which is where they always end up.
Dotty is growing into a fine Berner, she has the brains while her sister Bliss has the looks.

Lazing on a sunday afternoon
Dotty (above) and Bliss (blow) relaxing in the summer sunshine this afternoon. Dotty has taken control of one of my socks whilst Bliss is just too hot to be naughty.

Good times
It was really important to us that all of Reba and Rocky's pups went to good homes with families that really wanted a Berner. Our first encounter with a potential owner left us reeling as she was obviously a nut job who saw the Berner as a status symbol/childminder. Totally unsuitable as an owner and was swiftly binned.
There followed a brief few weeks where we honestly thought we would end up with all 8 living with us as, for various reason those that contacted us were not really what the pups were looking for.
However luck was with us and 6 very nice families stepped forward and have taken on the task, pictured above is the last pup Spot with his new Mum and his birth Mum. It was horrible giving him up, he is such a character, totally adorable, but they have promised to look after him and have had Berners before so know what they are letting themselves in for. Its nice to remember how we were when we got Rocky, our first Berner, how new it all was and so how much fun the new families will be having. We are getting feedback and pictures which will appear on this website over the next few weeks and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the new owners for making a very difficult task for us so much easier by their obvious commitment to their new charges.

Making himself at home
Bear, previously nicknamed Flash, is making himself at home with his new owner who is still called Flash who sent us this lovely pic of his pup having a snooze. He looks happy!
10 weeks old!
Hows this for a healthy pup, ten weeks old yesterday! He goes to his new home today, this will be a tough goodbye as we have got so attached to Spot, definitely the most laid back of the litter, certainly gives us the biggest welcome in the mornings, a very people pup so luckily he is going to a home with three children who will overdose him on cuddles. He is going to be a great dog, and by the looks of him, a big one!
