Sudden Impact

Not sure why this is the wrong side up but heres Rippers on the sofa looking smug. Hall of shame so far for running into new glass doors, Reba outright winner 5 times, Rocky once, as is Spotty, Ritchie stopped just in time twice then ran headlong into another two times, Bear fell on it, the others used the back door and only Rippers gets a badge of honour as she refused to run into it, then refused to cross the threshold when the door was open as she suspected a trick. In the end she was carried in when she slumped on the sofa and stayed put. Clever girl.

A year to the day...

 Its been a year to the day that Oscamps, of the reservoir pups litter, ledft Rock HQ and began life with his forever family in the east. He's done well introducing his humans to enormous quantities of slobber, dog hair, chewed items, but most of all an endless supply of loyalty and love.

In for a shock

The clan are getting used to the new building on the front of the house, and at the moment the glass doors are not fitted making it a great game to run full speed right through it. We know that this is going to lead to a nasty shock for one or two of them when the glass is fitted monday so we are trying to discourage the game.

Bad parents

How could we have forgotten Rippers Birthday, it wasn't until the Northern Contingent sent us this that we remembered Ripley was 2 today and was due at least one jaffa cake, although now there are so many clan members there are not many left over in a box of McVities best.
So Happy Birthday Rippers, Alfie, Buddy and Reuby.

Back outdoors!

 Day two found the Rockmeister in the warmest part of camp, clever dog this one!

Soon he was back outdoors on guard at the first camp site looking after the kit while we sourced water and level pitches for the tents.
