Reuben refusing to get out of the waterhole

Fire spaniels

Someone has set a fire on Bonsai Mountain, the eastern side has turned black, the Berners wondered where all the gorse bushes had gone.

Birthday Berners

Here's HPD, or Harvey Puppy Dog, from the class of 2009 on his Birthday. The first 8 Dolyhir Berners were two years old on the 24th March.
Unlike HPD ours didn't celebrate with a nice walk and a peaceful rest under a Berner bush and most importantly staying clean for his lovely owners.
No, ours did the usual chasing of asthmatic rabbits, rolling in fox poo and finding stagnant ditches to sit in. Bless.

Father and son

Rocky and Spotty, father and son at five ways crossing. Spotty does have a better name, he is Dolyhir Tropic Thunder but he prefers Spotty!

Offas Dyke Path

I took the boys up onto Hergest Ridge this evening, making the most of the fact that British Summer Time has returned. Spotty posed under the recently repaired finger post marking Offas Dyke, it seems like a long time ago since the Great TODO (The Offas Dyke Ordeal) when I walked all 186 miles in six days.

Whats happening!

Precious little is happening on the lambing front so I wasting valuable time watching fat ewes burp and belch and refuse to give birth. Reuben and the rest of the Dolyhir Clan try to gatecrash the lack of action.

Off the beaten track

With Poppy the pathetic triever leading the way we went off the beaten track to where the Trolls live at the top of the Cauldron.
As it was daylight we were safe from trolls, but the path was interesting at times.
A test of agility, footwork and bravery!

On Parade

The BBMC training has plenty of photo opportunity. So as I toiled up the slope of the Bonsai Mountain n the "Long Haul" side the Berners showed off their formation lying down routine, from the left Rocky, Reuben and Bliss. Spotty is the Berner reviewing the parade.

Getting bigger

Here's some pics of Lyndon's pups, his lovely girl Berners Sally and Rocky have given rise to these lovely pups.
A lot bigger than the last time we saw them, perfect markings.
And we heard from Molly's mum Leanne today, telling us that she thinks Molly is now seven weeks pregnant. So the clans getting bigger!
