Playing catch up
Heres Winnie, as she was a few weeks ago, PC and IT nightmares have meant a backlog of pics to post of the Reservoir Pups and Heli Crew.
Winnie (Ms Orange) is doing great with her forever family and her favourite toy is a dead rat (only joking but she did bring one into the house recently, bless her)
and she, like all the others, is developing a lovely set of curls!

News Flash
There are 6 more members of the Dolyhir Clan
Six little tubby bundles of Berner joy.
Bonnie the proud mum, one of Reuben's harem from west Wales way
has been a very clever girl and after a traumatic time (see below) has delivered 6 new clan members.
The full story (almost) by Gina her owner
Bonnie has had her pups. They were born by caesarean last Friday afternoon. Things have been non stop since Friday lunchtime when I cleaned up what I thought initially to be water from their feet with a kitchen towel, due to the heavy rain. They all had just gone out and as I'm sure it is with you, everything's running with muddy water. The puddle though, turned out to be green and jelly like in substance. Bonnie had shown no sign of birthing. No nesting behaviour or straining. I phoned the vet and within minutes of entering the surgery she had her leg shaved and was put under. Several hours later, a very woozy Bonnie was the proud mum of six pups. The vet found one dead pup at the front, which had died several days before. the skin was separating off by this time and blocking any chance of birthing. The other six, five girls and one boy seem fine. Bonnie is showing herself to be an amazing mum. calm careful and very attentive. Considering that its her first litter and she simply woke up and six little moles for her attention, she took it in her stride and just took straight over. No need to push them at her to make her clean them. She just knows. Certainly not a case of like mother like daughter. Lucy's confused (Grandma Berner). She heard the squeaks and thought she had some more. Even more confused to find the whelping pen and Bonnie her daughter sat feeding them. She's needing a lot of reassurance as a result. Just a tad put out perhaps. Here's some pic's of proud mum and gorgeous bundles.

Sofa surfer
Bear.
Will not be moved.
Even when exposed to toddler playing with Land Rover on bumpy dog, or trying to feed him a Thomas the Tank Engine slipper.
It's Bear's sofa.
He's gonna surf it no matter what.

A letter from Mr Bo Jangles
Hi Folks
I was wondering how you all are, I hope you're all well, yes its me again looking at conquering the stairs, it can't be that difficult but I might have a problem coming down and I'm to heavy now for my owners to pick me up, well they're old people?
I haven't been very well today, spent most of the day lying in the garden, must be something I've eaten? Again??
So I'll keep this blog short which means I can go back to sleep.
Anyway look after yourselves, I hope you all have a good week,
Speak to you soon
Love Bo Jangles xxxx

The Heli Crew
Tasha and Ritchie are nearly as big as their mum, Elf on the left. Elf's actually Tasha's foster mum but they are very close these three Berners.
Not sure I'd want to be that close to the windy end.
