Time flies!

 It really doesnt seem possible that a year has flown by since this handsome lad made his debut appearance on under a bush on the heli-pad. Ritchie Ritcherton was Chinook of the heli-crew litter. He left us for a few days but wasn't welcome in his new home so we fetched him back. A great lovely bear of a Berner we are very glad he came back and is part of the Dolyhir Choir.

 Same goes for Tasha, formerly Ms Turquoise from the Reservoir pups, born the same day as the Heli-crew but by c section not crash landing under a thorn bush. Tasha was adopted by Elf, and is a very live wire (read bonkers) like her foster mum.

So we wished them both a very happy birthday, the traditional way with Jaffa Cakes. More pics tomorrow of other clan members celebrating their birthdays with their forever families.

On show

Here is Clare with Spotty, she is the very talented artist who is currently paining all the of the Dolyhir Clan as and when we can commission a portrait, Spotty is our action Berner who thinks nothing of running 30 miles before breakfast. Both are on show at Blenheim Palace this weekend, or rather our portrait of Spotty is with Clare at Blenheim palace. Having the action Berner there would be a bit of a test for everyone!
