EEEEeeek a monster!

Sonja, Sally's owner, sent us these pics of a dog having fun pulling a sledge. Not sure where the pic was taken or who the human cargo is

but Sonja is Swiss so these may be from Switzerland, and the dog may be a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. There are four Sennehund

types, all with the same markings a colours but different sizes. We have the Bernese Mountain Dog, from the Canton of Bern, then theres this one, the oldest type, the Greater Swiss, and lets face it it looks massively powerful if not cuddly, then there are two smaller types, the Appenzenner and the Entlebucher who look a bit collie like ad beagle like respectively. There you go, a breed history lesson!
