A letter from Mr Bo Jangles
Hi Folks. Me again Hope you're all well, sorry, we're a bit late with this weeks blog, it's been a busy weekend, walking, eating & sleeping, in fact it's been a busy fortnight.
The weathers a bit of a let down but nevertheless rain, wind or shine I still like my walks.
We hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend and break from work, another bank holiday next week, all these holidays I don't know how I can cope with this life of leisure.
Anyways, must get on, time for a sleep I think after my morning stroll, oh I've made a couple of new friends, Swans.
I'm very gentle when I'm around them and they seem to like my company, well for a limited period.
Got to go now, hope you all enjoy the week, don't work to hard, I'll Email you in a couple of weeks
Look after yourselves, keep smiling
Love
Bo Jangles xx

Its for charity mate
Those that know me or regular followers of these pages will know that I do challenges to raise money for charity, and usually Spotty the action Berner accompanies me. This is one he will have to sit out, while I think a Berner riding a bike would raise a lot of cash and a considerable amount of publicity the technical issues are far to big to overcome so he can sit in the car and guard my sandwiches.
Serious training has been avoided but I am almost back on track, or the bike, where I lack serious road miles I am making up for in effort on the spin bike (in fact I am about to lead 10 or so spin classes at the local leisure centre) and this weekend (essay for university and child care permitting) I am doing the Hay on High 100 miler as part of the "programme" to prepare for to epic 300km ride on 1st June 2014 to raise money for Myeloma UK, a cancer research charity that uses the money to support families and seek treatments for this nasty illness. Unfortunatley one of my closest friends has this illness, Paul, hes the one bothering the ex goat (she was a UXG but is now an XG) in the pic below. Paul and I go back a long way, I even covered for him after he barfed in his wifes glove while we sat out a blizzard close to the summit of Mt Blanc. He's a talented musician, a great Dad and Granddad, crap joke teller (we all have our weak points) and an expert brewer. He's always a laugh (despite his crap jokes) and is the epitomy of Mr Nice Guy. So I am going to do my bit by cycling the 300km and you can do yours by Texting the number 70070 and enter the code TTTA and an amount from £1 to £10, as many times as you want to. Or you can log on to www.justgiving.com/its-uphill-all-the-way and donate there. Its that simple. You can do it, and help nice people like Paul.
Due to slight technical hitch the wrong poster got circulated, see below, right in so far as date, objective etc but wrong charity and donation details, sorry folks. The new one will appear on these pages and in the margin as soon as I can persuade my poster guru to make the necessary changes. www.justgiving.com/its-uphill-all-the-way

Happy Birthday!
Reuben is 4 years old today!!! Hard to believe the big lad has been knocking us over for the last 46 months! We celebrated as usual with a Jaffa cake or two.
This isn't him, its his son Ritchie Richardson who has turned out to be ther softest family dog ever after his traumatic short absence from Rock HQ.

The perils of DIY
Work continues at a pace (snail) on the Swiss Chalet Style Kennel Block so today was about putting floors down, however the shortage of screws meant only one bay was finished. Naturally I had help while DIYing
Spotty carrying sheets of OSB3 down the garden
egged on by Ritchie Richardson (left) and Tasha on the right.
Spotty was very enthusiastic about this work and despite being asked not to took it on himself to remove as many pieces of the big puzzle as possible.

Much better
Spotty seems to have got over what ever he did to himself as he tried to get over the safety gate. He's stopped bleeding and first light took off with a new plank to join his collection on the Bonsai Mountain. So her's a picture of the clan matriarch, Reba, being a companion dog.

Eye watering
This is Spotty our action Berner who is out of action this evening and although he is his usual bouncy nut job self (this is he picking up a small stick to play with earlier) he is bleeding from his dog parts after crashing into the safety gate in between the living room and dining room of Rock HQ. He's not in any pain but leaking lots of red stuff and if he doesnt stop soon he's going to the V E T to explain how he managed to hurt himself this time.

A letter from Mr Bo Jangles
Hi folks
We hope you're all well and that you enjoyed the warm weather today?
Well what a lovely day and a promising week ahead with the weather warming up, summers on the way.
As you can see by my pose, We've been out walking in the forest this afternoon and I love running through the trees and bushes, what a sense of freedom, Great.
I must say that I've had a good couple of weeks plenty of fussing, sleeping, eating and walking, Easters just around the corner so another public holiday coming up, how good is that. Kitchen fit out is just about finished and I can't wait for the peace, and a few days without workmen running around all the time.
As you will notice I'm still growing, I must weigh about 37kg's now, I'm bigger then most dogs my age but I'm very gentle with a good temperament and well behaved or so everyone tells me.
Here's wishing you all a very pleasant Easter holiday, no doubt I'll send out another progress summary in a couple of weeks, during the interim I'll leave you all in peace.
Keep smiling and look after yourselves
Love
Bo Jangles Xxxxxxxx

A letter from Mr Bo Jangles
Hi folks,
I hope you're all well, this is the latest photograph of me taken this morning, I'm fit and well and topping the scales at a hefty 35kg's
What a beautiful weekend it's been, I've had lots of fun walking in the woods and running around.
We’ve got a busy week coming up and I'll be spending some time in the doggy day care centre as my owners are having a new kitchen fitted starting tomorrow, more hassle I suppose, never mind should be good when it's finished we hope.
Hope you all enjoyed Mother's Day as much as I did? I didn't even bite anyone today, just having a bit of fun? so I must be settling down, Hmm, might change that thought tomorrow see how I feel.
Anyway I hope you all enjoy a pleasant and peaceful week, take care and stay safe.
Talk to you all in a couple of weeks.
Keep smiling
Love to all
Bo Jangles. Xx
