A sense of scale

Just to give you some idea of how big and how fast these pups grow here's a pic of Ikkle and her sister Snuffie (very bottom pic) up against their mothers paw. The new Fab Four are a healthy bunch, the vet checked them over today and removed their dew claws. The veterinary nurses queued up to oooh and aaahhh and I cant believe they are so much bigger than when we saw them three days ago. Reba's stitches are fine and she allowed the vet to have a good look, then gave each vet a bottle of posh vino as a thank you for their help.

We are paying for the vets new swimming pool single handed as today we had Sox the rescue collie castrated and his dew claws removed, he goes to his new forever home this week. WooZah also had a major operation, she was spayed, lovely as she is and it has to be said she is the softest Berner ever, it would not have been a good idea to let her have a litter of pups, we kept her as she looked a bit odd, her coat is the most unusual ever seen, a sort of fluff instead of hair. It also makes things easier to manage here!
